Ryann Bauer 
Buyer Specialist
Ryann joined Billie Bauer & Co. as a Buyers Specialist in 2007 and is a terrific asset to our team! She is currently licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.
Ryann is a Kansas City native, and currently resides in Prairie Village. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and
Sociology from the University of Kansas. She is a dedicated Jayhawk fan to say the least.
As Our teams buyer specialist, Ryann is responsible for helping our buyers find their dream home! She is a conscientious representative of the buyer and a true delight to work with.
In her spare time, Ryann enjoys attending Chiefs game with her mom and dad, Billie & Kelly. It’s a passion that the family shares, as they have had season tickets for Thirty years! Ryann also serves as the Vice Chair for the Hope House Young Professionals group in Kansas City. She enjoys going to the Lake of the Ozarks with in summer, snow skiing, cooking, and traveling!
